Analytique 3.0





In its new avatar as a B-plan competition, Analytique 3.0 is aimed at ensuring that disruptive business ideas receive all the resources that are required to transform the idea from a discovery into a commercially relevant product/ service, and eventually have a measurable and scalable impact on the Indian/global market.

The winning team gets to work with RocSearch’s idea incubation lab and nurture the winning entry to a real world business. They also win cash prizes, seed funding and PPIs from RocSearch, not to mention the learning and experience of a lifetime.

Winning Team Gets:

Analytique 2.0


Consulting Club is back with the second season of Analitique – Analytique 2.0.
It is an event exclusively only for the IIMs.



Named after the book by famous Indian strategist “Chanakya”, the event aims to provide business solutions implementable in the Indian context. Consulting Club at IIM Indore, through its flagship event, attempts to provide consulting services to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in and around Indore.

Industrial development must begin at grass root level, i.e., at SMEs. The problem is that majority SMEs in India lack the resources to employ professional services required to run businesses effectively. This leaves large headroom for removing inefficiencies and accelerating growth. Government of India promotes associations for SMEs to provide business & industrial advisory services and assistance to resolve issues and problems of SMEs. We believe that as future managers of the country, it is our responsibility to help such associations by providing consulting services, wherever possible, to SMEs. Consulting Club at IIM Indore has thus partnered with Indore Management Association (IMA) to connect with the SMEs in and around Indore.

The event aims at connecting students from top business schools of the country to the SMEs. The participant teams visit the organization during the event period to get a real time understanding of their business. The teams work on the business problem applying management learning’s to provide an implementable solution. The business problem can be across business domains – marketing, operations, human resources, finance and strategy.

The event has been successfully running for the past two years in IIM Indore’s management fest enjoying participation from 40+ business schools and 500+ participant teams.


With the rapid innovations in data collection technologies and lowering costs of data storage, businesses are capturing more and more data without a clear understanding of what to do with it. Businesses are thus showing increased focus on the analytics to make better use of this data in their business decisions. As management students, we need to empower ourselves with this new area of expertise. In this context, the consulting club of IIM Indore partnered with RocSearch, a leading business analytics firm, to launch the national event “Analitique” across IIMs.

The objective was to engage participants from top b-schools to delve into the field of analytics to understand various business solutions and develop a concept product that complements existing service portfolio of RocSearch driven by their strong capabilities in research and analytics. The teams developed the entire business plan to develop and market the product.

In its first year itself, the event saw huge participation from 90 teams across IIMs. Seeing continued interest of participants in analytics, we plan to launch the second season of Analitique later this year.
